Saree toh bahut achi hai lekin mere se delivery boy ne OTP lene ke baad meri saree ko bapas le gya aur bola ki kal Dene aunga abhi server nii aa rha hai 😡aur mere paas product delivered show kr rha tha phir Maine TrendKart customer care se baat Kari toh unhone bola ki OTP nii Dena tha Uske baad maine phir delivery boy ko call karke bola ki mujhe delivered show kr rha hai mera parcel wapas deke jao badi muskil se wo mujhe mila Please TrendKart delivery boy achhe rakho please 🙏

Jo color dikh raha hai aur jo hamne order kia thaa vo color nahi aaya,upar photo me jo color hai vo manga thaa hamne but kathii color bhej dia red ki jagah....Rakh lia cancel se phir 10days wait... Customer ki pasand ka samaan भेजिये गलत कलर भेजने से निकट भविष्य में आपके कस्टमर और business दोनों का नुकसान है,next टाइम लोग सोचने को मजबूर होंगे की आर्डर किया जाय या फिर गलत कलर आ जायेगा।इसमें आपको सुधार करना जरूरी है,वो ठीक है आप बदल देते है,लेकिन हमारा टाइम या कस्टमर का टाइम वो कितना wait करने में गया,समय आपके और हमारे या सभी के लिए importent है।। Regards Dilip chaudhary

Hi, We Had Order A Saree, Found Damaged, Then applied For Exchange Received Exchanged Goods on 08/06/21 Again Found Damaged. Order No 221985885 12/05/21 This is Not good information in market Plz Advise how May sortout the issue
