Your products are good your platform is good but your delivery partners are really really really giving third class services how they can call to the customers 5 to 30 kilometres away from the location, I can't understand one side you are accepting the orders and other side your delivery partners are refusing to delivered the products in some villages, because of their third class services I am loosing many orders, and many times I have registered complain to your so called reseller expert and from last three months they are sharing our feedback with higher authority but I never feel that whether actions are taken or not as well I never feel that your reseller experts has solved my any problem in last 3 months they just know to share the feedback otherwise they don't know anything thing and your reseller team experts are habited for 50 to 100 emails for the same concern after they will wake up and will take some actions, our so many orders are not confirming for 10 to 15 days, your delivery partners just calling our customers and threating them like you have to come at our office to collect your shipment otherwise we shall send it back they idiots don't know that what kind of hard work we are doing and they are taking just 5 minutes to cancel the order even they are not going at customers locations and calling from their office and when we are talking with them then they are saying us the said pincode still not opened so I can't understand what the hell is going on and when pincode is unserviceable then why you are accepting the orders, so I want to appreciate your reseller experts hard work who are always unable to solve our problems, congratulations for choosing best delivery partners and best reseller experts

I am happy quality is good
